Welcome to the Kingfisher Boats website.
We have established a long reputation for high quality GRP hulls and mouldings supplying both the commercial and recreational markets throughout the UK and Europe. Our boats are designed and built to meet customers individual specifications and rarely are two alike. We build to any stage to satisfy your requirements.
Kingfisher are at all times prepared to undertake special projects such as mould tooling and one off designs and would be delighted to discuss any project with you. Whilst maintaining our traditional roots we are innovative and forward thinking putting quality first and foremost. We value all our customers equally and recognise that without them we would not have achieved the success we have to date. Please do not hesitate to contact us for further information about our company at any time.
In our web site you will find full details of our complete range of boats designed by people like Phil Hughes and John Moxham, amongst the very best in the business.
Our quality is a byword amongst our commercial customers and Kingfisher was one of the first boat builders in the United Kingdom to have a Lloyds Quality Management System ISO 9001:2000, (more recently ISO 9001:2008). This enabled us to secure contracts for the MOD.
We produce both displacement and fast planing hulls all of which can be used for commercial or recreational puposes. All of our hulls can be customised to meet a variety of uses to suit customers individual requirements i.e. commercial fishing, recreational fishing, survey & offshore wind/wave farm boats, patrol & police boats, passenger vessels, (100 persons), diving, charter vessels and trawler yachts. All of our hulls are exceptional sea boats performing well in adverse conditions following on from their commercial design roots. Our K35 Sport hull was independently tested by Motor Boat Monthly who stated, (quote) 'The best 35 feet of hull we have ever tested' (/b)
Kingfisher boats are in use at ports throughout the United Kingdom, (Scotland, Wales, Ireland, Channel Isles), Europe, Greenland & Faroes islands and the Maldives.
